Are you a licensed Physical Therapist seeking full-time employment?

Necessary Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• Active license in the state in which you wish you to practice

• At least 1 year of demonstrated proficiency in patient treatment

• Able to pass a criminal background check on the state and federal level

 

Employment Type: Full-Time.  All shift preferences will be considered. 

 

Location: Onsite positions available nationwide. 

Remote or Hybrid positions MAY be available based on facility need and candidate experience but cannot be guaranteed. 

 

Placement options in a variety of Facilities: 

• Hospitals, Private Practices, Outpatient Facilities, Rehabilitation Centers, Nursing homes, Home Health, Telehealth

 

Possible Job Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Provide care to patients with the goal of enhancing their health and quality of life

• Perform initial patient evaluations and establish treatment plans with functional and/or work related goals, including improved mobility, pain management, or restoration of function

• Utilization of therapeutic equipment and manual therapy techniques as part of treatment plans

• Educate patients and their families on recovery and injury prevention

• Demonstrate appropriate progression of patient treatment and goals

• Document progress notes and discharge summaries in a timely manner

• Periodic and timely written communication to physicians, as needed

What to Expect:

Transparency is important to us.  

Once you submit your resume and application, a Blue United Recruiter will personally review your file.  If your experience meets the necessary qualifications, you can expect to go through the following steps before joining our Talent Network:

 

1. Have a 5-10 minute phone call with one of our Recruiters so we can learn about your ideal placement

2. Complete a 30 minute video interview with a Blue United Recruiter

3. Grant your permission for us to run a Background Check. Results usually come back in under 48 hours. 

4. Have an Introductory video call with our staffing partners, Right Place Medical Staffing and sign the Right to Represent documentation, allowing our team to advocate for you.
