Chip is an experienced talent leader who has made the recruitment and placement of our military veterans and spouses a priority throughout his career. As an Army Veteran and Senior HR leader, Chip has first hand knowledge of the many challenges and disruptions facing our military families as they move from duty stations to assume new assignments, or transition out of the military to the civilian sector.

Prior to launching  Blue United, Chip has led several HR functions to include Catherines (ascena brands) and Limited Too, and the talent acquisition teams at Justice, DSW, and Caldor Inc.​

Taylor Hudgins is a recruiter with Blue United Sourcing, living in Chesapeake, Virginia. As a Navy spouse with over seven years of experience in recruiting and outreach, she’s passionate about helping military families find meaningful career opportunities that truly fit their lives. Taylor loves spending time with her family, soaking up sunshine at the beach, and connecting great people with roles that make a real difference.

Amy is a passionate educator and recruiter living in Granada, Spain. With a background in International Business and Spanish, she is driven by connecting people across cultures and countries through opportunities and new perspectives. She feels incredibly fortunate to have launched Blue United with her Dad and to be able to work with him every day. At Blue United, she is the point person for any recruiting efforts at military installations outside of the continental U.S. On the evenings and weekends you are likely to find her refining her craft as a tapa connoisseur or crocheting decor for her home.

Victoria is a dedicated recruiter with a passion for connecting exceptional talent with career opportunities. Having been the spouse of a Veteran, Victoria has a unique perspective on the incredible skills, dedication, and resilience that individuals with military backgrounds possess.  She loves spending quality time with her family and enjoying the little things that make life special. She truly enjoys what she does, connecting with others and helping them take the next step in their career journey. 

Courtney Kirk is a seasoned recruiter with over 7 years of experience and a strong passion for helping others, especially members of the military community, find meaningful career opportunities. She takes pride in making the hiring process feel more human and building real connections with candidates. At Blue United, Courtney is known for her down-to-earth approach and genuine care for the people she works with. Outside of work, she enjoys woodworking and gardening, hands-on hobbies that reflect her love for building and nurturing growth in all areas of life.
