Chip Mardis
Founder & CEO
Chip is an experienced talent leader who has made the recruitment and placement of our military veterans and spouses a priority throughout his career. As an Army Veteran and Senior HR leader, Chip has first hand knowledge of the many challenges and disruptions facing our military families as they move from duty stations to assume new assignments, or transition out of the military to the civilian sector.
Prior to launching Blue United, Chip has led several HR functions to include Catherines (ascena brands) and Limited Too, and the talent acquisition teams at Justice, DSW, and Caldor Inc.

Tina Lloyd
Chief Product & Strategy Officer
Tina has over 30 years of rich experience in the healthcare industry, with primary expertise in healthcare operations and recruiting. Her experience includes working with hospitals, private practice, and the health and wellness sectors.​
Tina's unwavering commitment to improving healthcare delivery, coupled with her vast experience and strategic vision, makes Blue United Sourcing an invaluable asset to organizations seeking any level of healthcare professional. She has established a multitude of professional connections over her decades of experience, and knows what employers need and how to find it. Tina resides in Nebraska, is an avid college football fan, and spends her free time reading and binge-watching Netflix.

Amy Mardis
VP of Talent Management & Delivery
Amy provides a unique background, combining her expertise in education, international business, and recruiting to build meaningful connections between exceptional talent and leading organizations. Her career, which has taken her across diverse industries, has always centered on the belief that people thrive when given the right opportunities.

Amy focuses on recruitment strategies and client delivery. From leading recruitment efforts at global military installations to delivering large-scale talent solutions in healthcare and customer service, she brings an international perspective and a people-first approach to every project. Residing in Spain, you are likely to find her refining her craft as a tapa connoisseur, practicing the arts through pottery class, or crocheting random decor for her home.

Patrick Edeline
VP of Talent Solutions & Partnerships
Patrick is a Human Capital Leader with more than 30 years of experience partnering with emerging and multinational organizations across the government contracting and commercial sectors. He specializes in delivering scalable Talent Acquisition and Organizational Harmonization solutions that support growth, transformation, and alignment. His passion for supporting transitioning military service members, veterans, and military spouses began in 1998 at a U.S. military career fair in Heidelberg, Germany. Since then, his commitment to the military community has become a defining element of his staffing strategy—consistently producing strong outcomes for both candidates and employers.
Before joining Blue United, Patrick helped drive growth for employers and clients across the Technology, Engineering, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, and Contact Center industries, including M.C. Dean; Aurora Flight Sciences (a Boeing company); Gibbs & Cox (a Leidos subsidiary); and INDUS Corp.​

Taylor Hudgins
Director of Partnerships
Taylor has both professional expertise and a deep personal connection to the mission of connecting veterans and military spouses with meaningful careers.
Taylor brings a background in corporate recruiting, talent acquisition, and real estate, which has taught her the power of genuine relationships and strategic partnerships. She’s built a career on creating win-win connections, helping employers meet their goals while championing the strengths of military-affiliated candidates who bring adaptability, commitment, and a mission-driven work ethic.

Taylor is currently stationed in Virginia, with her active-duty husband and their wildly energetic two-and-a-half-year-old. She enjoys spending time with her family and their two rescue pups.

Shannon Stone
Manager of Talent Acquisition
Shannon is an experienced Human Capital professional with a strong background in recruiting, employee relations, and organizational support. Throughout her career, she has led full-cycle hiring processes, supported multiple business units, and managed key people-focused functions such as performance management, compliance, benefits administration, and workforce planning. Shannon has a proven ability to build strong relationships across all levels of an organization, streamline Human Capital operations, and enhance the overall employee experience. Her strengths in communication, problem-solving, and talent acquisition allow her to contribute meaningfully in fast-paced, people-centered environments.
Outside of work, Shannon enjoys staying active and closely connected with her family. She loves running, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and supporting her athletic children in their sports and activities.
As a proud spouse of a veteran, she values community, resilience and strong family. These passions provide balance and keep her grounded, fueling the energy, empathy, and dedication she brings to her professional role.
